Géraldine Zanaska

Géraldine Zanaska moved to the UK from Paris in 2009, graduating from a Master of Arts in Music Business Management the following year. She then went on to work for a record label, a music venue, live music promoters, a cultural center, and joined Le Bureau Export, a non-profit membership music industry organisation with the aim of developing music made in France around the world, in 2012 in London as their Project, Events and Partnerships Manager. Responsible for advising and helping French music companies develop careers of ‘made in France’ artists in the UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia and connect to local music industry actors, she partnered with music institutions such as London Jazz Festival, The Great Escape, Rockfeedback, programmed the regular Oui Love London club nights, French Express scandinavian tours, and French showcases at festivals, creating Europe-wide opportunities for artists such as Christine and The Queens, Acid Arab, Rone, Kiddy Smile, Fishbach, Sônge and many more. She left Le Bureau Export at the end of 2018 to start her own company Compass Music.
